Staffing

Sometimes you need some additional help on the big day; don't sweat it. We have a team ready and waiting to make your day special from setup to teardown to food service and bartending. 
We are certified ServSafe Food Manager and Food Handlers through the National Restaurant Association.
All Bartenders are Certified through IPACT - Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training through the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.

Serving + Bartending

We're happy to provide full-service setup and cleanup of all food areas and dishes and offer a variety of options to fit your style and budget. (During Covid-19, we strongly suggest our served buffet option.)

Lead server: $30/hour with a 4-hour minimum
Server/kitchen/busser: $25/hour with a 4-hour minimum
Bartender: 4-hour minimum, call for pricing
(Holiday weekends and travel distance may increase fees.)

Served Buffet
  • One server per served item
  • Two runners for every 3-4 stations
  • One kitchen team member

Self-Service Buffet
  • One server for every 2-3 stations
  • Two runners for every 3-4 stations
  • One kitchen team member

Sit-Down Dinner
  • One server per table
  • One busser for every 4 tables
  • One or two kitchen team members
(To serve wine, water or juices to your guests, additional wait staff may be required.)

Table Setting Tray-Passed Appetizers
  • One server per 25 guests
  • One busser for 25 guests

Bartending
  • 6 hours Minimum $175/per staff  $30 per hour/per staff over 6 hours
